Stem Cell
StemCure is a professional service provider for stem cells development from autologus adult stem cells to various hospitals and private clinicians as per their requirement. Processing of stem cells is performed at state of art facility of our centre with great care and by following GMP / GTP guideline. Also we do have our strict in house standard for the processing and releasing of cells. Our list of product is as follows:
Isolation of cells from various sources
- Isolation of mononuclear cells(MNC) from bone marrow
- Isolation of mononuclear cells from peripheral blood.
- Isolation of mononuclear cells from umbilical cord blood and umbilical cord
- Various Marker positive cells separation from Bone Marrow & Adipose tissue
Further differentiation and expansion of Isolated cells are done in to following cells
- Angiogenic /Endothelial progenitor cells from MNCs,
- Mesenchymal Stem Cells from MNCs

Our list of services does not end with these cell lines; we keep on working to establish and standardize other cell culture in our R & D Laboratory. Apart from isolation and differentiation of stem cells in to specific lineage, confirmation of the cells is very important and crucial. Therefore we perform confirmation of cells after differentiation through various studies. We perform Phenotypic and Genotypic study. Surface marker using various antibodies and RT PCR gene expression studies at our advanced molecular biology laboratory set up. Also we continuously explore new techniques to evaluate quality and quantity of differentiated cells so as we can adopt them for assessment of cells used for clinical purpose.
Though StemCure is mainly engage in the development of cells it provides its services for stem cells application too. We assist and guide the patient for stem cells therapy .

Collection of Sample
StemCure provides the kit for collection of the sample packed in temperature controlled container to the clinicians along with necessary instructions and documents. The sample is collected by the clinician aseptically at their hospitals according to the procedure established by the responsible clinician. The collected sample along with request from filled by the clinician transferred to the StemCure Private Limited within mentioned period of time to maintain the strength of the cells.
Isolation of Stem Cells
Once the sample is received,it is checked for sterility ,screened for infectious disease and documents are verified. After confirming all parameter, the sample is processed aseptically under Bio safety cabinet in clean room and stem cells are isolated using specialized techniques by skilled man power. The isolated cells are further processed according to the standard established procedure. The whole process is well documented as per GMP / GTP guideline
Differentiation and expansion of Stem Cells
The isolated Stem Cells are cultured in control sterile tissue
Stem Cell Transplantation/ Injection
The processed stem cells are received at respective hospital, where clinician first check identity of the sample and injects it to the patient. Mode of injection is decided by respected clinician – { intra articulate (into the arteries ), intravenous, intrathecal, directly to the affected organ or tissue} depending on the prevailing condition and other factors.
